What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and assisting with accruals and financial reporting processes
• Analyzing financial results and investigating period-over-period variances
• Assisting with SEC reporting activities, including quarterly and annual filings
• Supporting internal and external audits and contributing to process improvement initiatives
• Collaborating cross-functionally to support accounting estimates, reporting, and compliance requirements

? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
? 2-3+ years of accounting experience, Big 4 Required
? Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes
? Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
? Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
? CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred

Preferred Background:

• Exposure to SEC reporting and SOX compliance
• Experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries
• ERP system experience
